Abstract

With the deepening of economic globalization, the economic exchanges between countries are more frequent. Business Reception interactions become an indispensable part of business activities and increasingly impact business activities. Business reception etiquette is increasingly becoming essential knowledge for ones engaged in business activities.
This paper first expounds the definition of etiquette and business reception etiquette in order to analyze the importance of business reception in the business activities and the status in the enterprise business activities. Secondly combined with specific performances, it states the differences in business reception etiquette between America and China from greeting etiquette, guiding etiquette, riding etiquette and presenting etiquette. Then through the comparative analysis of Sino-US culture, it analyses the two people’s different concept of time, space, value, language habits which affects the business reception etiquette. So we can understand the behavior differences business people perform in the business reception originally. At last, through this study, business people can understand the impact of cultural differences on business reception etiquette in order to better develop business reception program and attain the success of the trade.

随着经济全球化程度的不断加深，各国之间的经济交流越来越频繁。商务接待交流活动成为商务活动中不可缺少的一部分，对商务活动的影响也越来越重要。商务接待礼仪自然也成为从事商务活动人士必备的知识。
本文首先阐述礼仪以及商务接待礼仪的定义，分析商务接待在商务活动中的重要性以及在企业商业活动中的地位。其次结合具体表现，从迎接礼仪、引导礼仪、乘车礼仪以及馈赠礼仪体现出中美在商务接待礼仪上的差异。通过对中美文化的对比简析，分析两国人民不同的时间观、空间观、价值观、语言习惯对商务接待礼仪的影响，以便从根源上理解商务人士在商务接待中所体现的差异。通过对比研究，了解文化差异对商务接待礼仪的影响，商务人士才能更好地制定商务接待方案，取得贸易的成功。
