摘要

随着网络的普及，网络语言在日常生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。网络语言作为一种语言变体，引起了学者们的关注。礼貌原则是语用学的重要理论之一。本文将网络语言作为研究对象，以礼貌原则为研究框架，对网络语言进行探究，通过介绍礼貌原则及网络语言在使用中对礼貌原则的违背的实例，试图展示礼貌原则在网络交际中的违背现象，希望能够为网络语言研究的深入和提高网络语言交际的礼貌性方面有所提高。

Abstract

With the popularity of network, netspeak has become more and more important. Netspeak is defined as a special language variety which attracts many scholars’ attention. Politeness Principle is one of the important theories of pragmatics. This paper, on the basis of Politeness Principle, analyzes the Politeness Principle used in netspeak as well as illustrates some related examples concerning the violation of Politeness Principle in network communication. It aims at showing the phenomenon of violation of politeness Principle in network communication, which is conducive to learn the netspeak more deeply and improve the politeness of network communication.

1    Introduction
At the end of the 20th century, the Internet first appeared in our life. Since then, the Internet has experienced rapid development and our life has also been incredibly affected. In John Maughton’s view: “the Internet is among the most remarkable things that human beings have made. Its impact on society can rank with automobile, television, telegraph, print, electric power and the railways.” He believes that as the 4th communication medium after radio, television and newspapers, the role Internet plays in life is significant. With the cultural networking, as a complicated element of culture, language is getting quite various. As a new communication type, online communication language, sweeps the whole world and reshapes human communication. Increasing people are putting their attention on the Internet language, which is called netspeak.
