摘要：

随着全球化进程的加快，中西方经济，文化，政治交往逐渐增多。而随之带来了一些中西方融合的可喜成绩，同时也出现了一些中西方交流中的障碍。这些障碍归根到底都是由于文化差异导致的。而这次笔者把文化差异浓缩成一点，以点带面。本篇旨在探讨中国君子风度和英国绅士风度的异同，从其产生的原因，价值观的核心价值及在文学，教育等方面对社会的反作用深刻挖掘君子风度和绅士风度的异同，从而更加准确和深入的分析中西方文化的异同。最后，笔者希望这篇文章能够促进中西方文化交流，扫除交流中的一些障碍，为中西方经济，文化，政治持续发展和全球化作出贡献。

Abstract:

With the acceleration of globalization, and the increase of western economic, cultural and political exchanges，there are some encouraging results in Western integration, meanwhile there are also a great deal of barriers appearing in the inter communication between China and western countries. These obstacles are due to cultural differences ultimately. The paper concentrates on the cultural differences in one point, and wants to use this point to reflect the whole cultural differences and similarities. In this thesis, the paper makes China junzi manner and British gentleman manner as examples, from the reasons of their forming, their core values and reflections to the society in terms of literature, education to dig deeply the similarities and differences between junzi manner and gentleman manner. Thus the paper can make a analysis to the differences and similarities between western and Chinese cultural. Finally, I hope this thesis could promote western and Chinese cultural exchanges, to remove some of the obstacles in the exchange of western and Chinese economics, culture and politics. What’s more, the paper hopes to make contributions to global sustainable development.

1.    Introduction
1.1    Thesis Background
    With the acceleration of the globalization, the political, economic and cultural exchanges all around the world have deepened. However, due to geography, history, politics and other various aspects of reasons, China and western countries have formed their own unique cultures. The two different cultures contain both similarities and differences that affect the exchanges between Chinese and western cultures. For example, British core culture value is gentleman manner; Chinese core culture value is junzi manner. The two different but similar cultures reflect the differences and similarities between Chinese and Western cultures.
