摘要
随着科技和社会经济的快速发展,商务活动也随之增多。商务谈判作为商务活动的重要组成部分,对交易的成功发挥着重要的作用。谈判中最重要的就是人与人之间的沟通,而沟通是建立在相互平等与尊重的基础上的。礼仪有利于拉近谈判者之间的距离,起到了桥梁与纽带的作用,同时也体现出了谈判者高超的谈判技巧。谈判者的礼仪,在一定程度上反映出了一个国家或是一个企业的文明文化程度和社会素质。因此谈判的礼仪对谈判最终是否能够成功起到了至关重要的作用。本文主要从商务礼仪在商务谈判中的地位,阐述商务礼仪在商务谈判中起到的作用,以及在谈判中应该如何正确学习和应用商务礼仪,从而促进商务谈判的最终成功。本文将详细介绍礼仪和商务谈判的定义,商务谈判中应该注意的关于礼仪方面的细节,技巧。并将实事求是的探讨礼仪在商务谈判中的重要性,系统探讨礼仪与商务谈判的相互关系。

Abstract
With the fast development of technology and social economy, and business activities are increasing very quickly. Business negotiation plays an important role in business activities,which is the key to the success of the deal. Communications between human beings are important in business negotiation. We must show great respect for our partners. Etiquette, to a certain extent reflects the civilization, social quality and personal accomplishment of a country, a region and a firm. So the negotiations etiquette has a great influence to the success of negotiations. This article starts from the meaning and criterion of the business negotiation and etiquette, and explains the role of business etiquette in the negotiations. And it tells us what we should do to strengthen the learning of business etiquette, so as to promote the success of the negotiations. This paper will introduce the definitions of both business negotiation and etiquette, as well as the details, skills and implement procedure in the business negotiation and etiquette. In this article, we will discuss the significance of the etiquette for business negotiation carefully and realistically. And the relationship between etiquette and business negotiation will be discussed theoretically. This paper focuses its attention on the detailed usage of Etiquette in business negotiations. To avoid the failure of business negotiation because of incorrect usage of Etiquette in different cultural backgrounds and to make proper use of it in business negotiation are the most vital matters.
