摘要
国际商务谈判是国与国之间的商务沟通,这种沟通由语言和非语言两种形式组成。体态语作为一种重要的非语言交际形式,在国际商务谈判中起着重要的作用,体态语的运用是否得当直接影响着国际商务交流的成败与商务利益。本文主要从三方面研究了商务谈判中的体态语:一是体态语的主要表现形式以及在跨文化背景下体态语运用不当而导致国际商务谈判的失误及摩擦;二是体态语在国际商务谈判中的作用;三是在国际商务谈判中,使用体态语需要注意的事项。通过深入研究这三点,找到正确运用体态语的方法,从而在国际商务谈判中实现双赢。

Abstract
The international business negotiation is the communication between countries. It consists of two forms: verbal communication and non-verbal communication. As an important part in non-verbal communication, body language plays a significant role in international business negotiation. Proper use of body language directly influences the business success and the business interests. This paper studies the body language of the international business negotiation mainly from three aspects: (1) main forms of body language and misunderstandings in international business negotiation caused by improper use of body language under the cross-border background. (2) functions of body language (3) matters we should pay attention to when using body language in international business negotiation. Through this way we can find an appropriate way to use body language and achieve the win-win situation.
