摘要
随着全球经济贸易进程的不断推进及我国对外商务活动的日益增多, 英语商务信函成为一种重要的信息传递手段,是国际商务活动中书面交流信息的主要手段之一,因此掌握撰写和翻译商务英语信函的技能是十分必要的。
本文选定商务信函作为研究对象,从商务信函的文体风格,词汇,句子等方面着手分析商务信函的语言特点,然后探讨其翻译技巧,使商务英语能够更加有效的达到其交流和和沟通的目的并塑造良好的形象。

Abstract
With the advancement of global economic and trade process, our foreign business activities is increasing. English business letter becomes a kind of important information transmission. And it is also the one of main means of written communication in international business. So it is very necessary to master business English letter writing and translation skill.
The writer selects business letters as a main object and chooses from the style of business letters, words, etc to analyze the language characteristics of business letters, then discusses the translation skills. Therefore, to make business English be able to achieve the purpose of the exchange and communication more effectively, and shape a good image.
