摘要

本论文的主要研究目的是分析国际商务英语谈判的策略和技巧,指导如何准确熟练地运用这些技巧和策略来协调彼此之间的商务关系,满足各自的商务需求,从而实现双方利益的最大化。
商务英语谈判就是在国际贸易中谋求双方能够取得最大利益的过程.在商务英语谈判中,谈判双方可以通过谈话沟通交流等方式和手段协调双方的要求,商务英语谈判的语言技巧能够在叙述、提问、回答、说服等方面体现出来,整个过程具有客观性、针对性、逻辑性及论辩性等特点。
本文综述了商务谈判过程中所体现的语言性和非语言性的特征。列举了诸多实例来体现商务的谈判技巧的特征和语用策略。其中本文以中日关于商务谈判为例,旨在引导学生能够理解商务谈判的特点。本文结合实例阐述了商务英语在外贸谈判中的具体应用技巧,并指出了一些应用中的注意事项。
本研究可以使我们更好地理解和运用商务谈判的技巧和策略,提高跨文化交际中的谈判能力。

Abstract

Through simply analysing the strategies and skills of International Business Negotiation , it indicates that how to apply these methods to coordinate the business relationship between each other and maximize the interests of both sides.
Business English Negotiation is an process for both sides to obtain the maximum profit in international trade. In business negotiations, the negotiating parties can talk through communication and other ways and means to coordinate the requirements of  both sides. Language skills of Business Negotiation English can be reflected in the narrative, question, answer, persuade aspects . The characteristics of the whole process is objective, logical and argumentative.
This paper reviews the characteristics of language and non language in the negotiation process. This paper lists some examples to reflect the characteristics of  business negotiation skills and pragmatic strategies. This article takes the business negotiation between China and Japanese as an example, aims to guide students to understand the characteristics of business negotiation. This paper describes the concrete application skills of business English in foreign trade negotiations, and points out some warnings in application.
We can better understand and use skills and strategies of business negotiation through this study and improve the negotiating skills in the cross-cultural communication.
