摘要

素有社会之癌之称的黑社会组织越来越疯狂地扩散着，它侵害着社会肌体，吮吸社会的血液，膨胀着自己的黑色帝国。为了有效地治理黑社会，尽管各国政府和人民动用了各种手段，还是收效甚微。我们只有认清了这个癌细胞的基因病理，才能找到治理良方。

《教父》是美国著名小说家马里奥普佐的代表作之一。对于《教父》中所涉及的黑社会情节以及相关美国政体的探究，本文将国内外评论界学者们的观点结合起来，从黑社会和美国政体两条线进行入手，对作品的有关情节进行提取，对作品人物进行全面、深入地研究及探讨。从家族企业这一典型的黑手党运作形式入手，探索家族企业在管理运营中如何潜移默化地让家族成员渗透到美国政治的各个部门，并影响政治决策的。

本论文的研究目的关键在于深入探索黑社会如何一方面“转型”、潜移默化地渗透到美国政治的各个部门，并利用“说客”这个角色影响政治决策的，另一方面仍能猖獗地进行非法活动的。其中，以著名的3K党进行举例论证。

本文不仅从《教父》这部伟大的文学作品入手，探究黑社会和美国政体，也联系了改编很成功的电影错频，以求进行更全面的理解。

Abstract
Mafia, a so-called cancer of society, is spreading and infiltrating into every corner of our life. It keeps swelling its insane and powerful ‘empire’ by afflicting the members and eroding the interests in society. To have the issue under control, nations and districts have not stopped the pace of taking measures, no matter in policy or economy. Merely getting acquainted with its pathology will get us locate the cure for the ‘cancer of society’.
Focused on MAFIA, The Godfather is one series of Mario Puzo’s master work and in the thesis, I will demonstrate the primary role by offering the relative plots concerning mafia and the nepotism of American government. By researching domestic and foreign documents, this thesis will apply and combine diverse scholars’ comments and findings, which shall be exemplified by pouring attention on mafia and USA government with real proof. In addition, the characters’ traits, the movie performance, the core organization and the primary form of running the wholly mafia business will also be discussed in the paper.
The thesis’s key point lies on how the mafia smoothly deals with disparate departments of USA government to absorb as more as profit they want, while their crime events can still undergo every corner of society. We take the famous KKK as a typical example. And the significance of this thesis is to explore the mafia and the nepotism with USA government, which plays both positive and negative side.
