摘要

作为非语言交际的重要部分，时间信息的传递具有深刻的文化内涵。不同的文化塑造了人们不同的时间观念。本文将从一个小的角度去研究时间观，而一国最高领导人的政治发言往往是经过慎重考虑推敲的，其体现出的文化差异具有绝对的代表性，所以本文以政要演讲作为切入点，对近些年中美两国最高领导人重要发言稿中体现出的时间观进行横向比较分析并纵向归纳出在全球化的大环境下中美两国各自时间观的发展趋势。

Abstract

As an important part of non-verbal communication, the transmission of time information has profound cultural connotation. Different time concepts are shaped by different cultures. The thesis will study the time concept from a small and detailed perspective, while the political speeches made by state leaders are usually under careful consideration, demonstrating the cultural diversity which is absolutely representative. So proceeding from the significant political statement, it makes a horizontal comparative analysis on the time view derived from the political statements made by Chinese and American state leaders in recent few years and a vertical analysis on the developing trend of time concept in both China and USA under communication globalization.
