摘 要
随着中国加入世界贸易组织各个经济领域日益对外开放,“全球化”或“一体化”已经成为当今商务领域出现频率最高的词语。在经济全球化发展迅猛的今天,各国的贸易往来也愈加频繁,全球化已经成功地把世界上各个不同地区紧密的连接成为一个动态的整体,国际间的交流也更加活跃,尤其是在国际商务方面。国际商务谈判表现出的不仅是国际间的贸易交流,更是一种文化的沟通。因此,在商务英语的谈判中要想让跨文化交流有效的开展,就需要充分利用言语带来的文化信息,巧用语言,并且达到商务谈判在得体的语言交流中获得成功。针对当前研究的现状,本论文试图应用语用学言语行为理论对商务英语谈判过程中的一些问题进行了语用学分析,以期寻求更好的把握谈判过程中的策略。

Abstract
With China's accession to the world trade organization, the economy is increasingly open to the public, globalization and integration has become the most frequently used word in the area of business. In today's fast development of economic globalization, trade between countries are increasingly frequent, globalization has successfully connected different parts of the world closely as a dynamic whole, international communication is more active, especially in the area of international business. Therefore, if you want to make effective development of intercultural communication in English for business negotiations, you need to make full use of the language of cultural information and using language, and achieve successful business negotiations by appropriate language communication. In view of the current research situation, this paper attempts to analyze the problem in English for business negotiation in light of Speech Act Theory in pragmatics, so as to seek better strategies in the process of negotiation.
