摘 要
随着经济全球化的发展,国际商务活动等跨国经济活动日益频繁。在商务活动中不可避免地会遇到因文化差异而造成的各种大小问题,而文化差异又是影响商务活动最为重要的一个方面。本文从文化差异的定义入手,探讨中西方文化的基本差异及不同的国家对于国际商务谈判的不同的态度,重点将举例分析中国和美国对于商务谈判的不同观点和态度,并在此基础上分析了文化差异对商务谈判的影响,探讨了在国际商务谈判中,双方如何对应不同的文化差异,在商务谈判中必须增强对文化差异的敏感性、承认文化差异,在此基础上扬长避短,尊重不同文化,减少因对文化差异的不了解而造成的误会和冲突,双方应创造合作友好的气氛,制定出合适的谈判策略,以确保商务谈判可以顺利且愉快的进行。

Abstract
With the development of economic globalization, international business activities and other transnational economic activities become increasingly frequent. We inevitably encounter different kinds of problems of cultural differences in business activities. Cultural difference is one of the most important aspects in the business activities. This article starts with the definition of cultural differences and explores the basic differences between Chinese and Western culture and their different attitudes to international business negotiation, I will especially analyze the different attitudes towards international business negotiations between Chinese and the United States. In international business negotiations, it is imperative that negotiators not only need to learn the cultural factors and acknowledge cultural differences, but also need to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses on the basis of understanding others. People should respect businessmen’s different behaviors from different cultures .If you understand people very well, it will reduce unnecessary conflicts caused by the lack of respect .People are supposed to establish an atmosphere of mutual cooperation and adopt a rational negotiation strategy. All in all, all the works you do will make the negotiations develop smoothly.
