摘  要

在国际贸易的长期实践中,人们逐渐形成了各种不同的贸易术语。国际贸易的买卖双方通用贸易术语,可以简化交易磋商和买卖合同的内容,节省交易磋商的时间和费用,促进交易的达成。在进行国际贸易的实践活动中,为了把握先机,必须加强国际贸易术语实际应用的探讨。本文在阐述国际贸易术语内涵的基础上,分析了选用贸易术语应考虑的因素,提出了贸易术语的选用原则,最后对国际贸易术语在应用中应注意事项进行了有意义的探讨。不同贸易术语相对于买卖方的风险点划分各有不同,因此根据交易的具体情况,审慎、合理地选择国际贸易术语能使进出口商有效的防范和降低贸易术语本身的局限性或出口商利用贸易术语进行欺诈所带来的风险。国际上有太多的惯用术语，因此本文特别选择了3个最常用的术语进行分析比较，未来贸易术语的发展趋势会出现在在本文结尾。

Abstract

In the long-term practice of international trade, people gradually summarize a set of trade terms. Universal terms of international trade can simplify the trade negotiations and contents, save time and finally help to finish the transactions both for buyers and sellers. In the practice of international trade, it is necessary to have more discussions about the practical application of trade terms in order to catch the opportunity. This paper analyzes what factors we have to consider of selection of trade terms, and then puts forward to ways of trade selection, finally makes a meaningful discussion of cautions in practical application. Different trade terms have different classified evidence, which influence buyers’ and sellers’ risks. Therefore, according to the specific circumstances of the transaction, prudent and rational choice of trade terms can make importers and suppliers effectively avoid limitations and risks of being cheated by others. There are lots of frequently used terms in international transactions, three of which are analyzed and compared in this paper. The developing trend of trade terms appears at the end of this paper.
