摘  要

  在国际贸易中，不同贸易术语的选择决定了买卖双方应承担的责任、费用和风险的不同，商品价格的构成也不同，直接影响到买卖双方的切身利益。而随着我国经济的进一步发展,内陆地区的产品出口业务会越来越多,而选择适当的贸易术语对于出口合同的履行,对于我出口方利益的保护都相当重要。众所周知，目前FOB是我国对外出口业务中经常采用的贸易术语之一。然而，随着近年来越来越多的内陆企业开展出口业务，FOB贸易术语给出口商带来的风险逐渐暴露出来，与之相反的是新型的货交承运人性质的贸易术语FCA等则在一定程度上更适合于内陆出口企业。随着国际运输技术的发展--新三种贸易术语的地位日益突出。本文将对常用贸易术语进行比较分析,最后对其正确应用提出合理化建议。

Abstract

  In international trade, the choice of different trade terms decides different responsibilities, cost and risk of buyers and sellers. The price of commodities is also different which directly affects the vital interests of the buyers and sellers. With the further development of our country’s economy, inland products export business will increase more and more, so choosing the appropriate trade terms is not only important for the performance of the contact, but also important for the protection of our export’s interests. As we all know that FOB is one of the trade terms which is frequently used in the export of China's foreign trade. However, in recent years as more and more inland enterprises carry out export business, the FOB trade terms for exporters risks exposed gradually. On the contrary, the new cargo carrier of the nature of trade terms such as FCA to a certain extent is more suitable for inland export enterprises. With the development of the international transport technology, the new three kinds of trade terms has become an increasingly important position. In this paper, we will compare the common trade terms. Finally we’ll give the rationalization suggestion for its correct application.
