摘  要

本篇论文主要是关于商务谈判中的英语语言技巧，以及语言技巧的运用。商务谈判是谈判双方共同执行的一项活动。在商务谈判中怎样恰当地运用语言，会关系到谈判的结果。如今谈判语言的技巧有很多，但如何更好地使用以达到谈判成功的目的，才是难点。因此语言技巧的使用是谈判能否成功的关键。首先在谈判中我们应用的语言技巧要具有客观性,针对性,逻辑性，委婉性和快速反应的特征。但如何将语言技巧在谈判中更好地使用是关键之所在。谈判者必须要选择简洁的语言，精确的词汇，幽默的话语，减少带有感情词语的使用。谈判者应该巧妙地应用语言艺术来提出解决方案，这不仅可以是双方利益的需要，也能缓解沉闷的谈判气氛，使双方都有轻松感，有利于谈判的顺利进行。因此巧妙的语言艺术为谈判增添了成功的砝码，起到事半功倍的效果。

Abstract

This paper concerns the English language skills during the business negotiation, and the use of it. Business negotiation is an activity which is carried out by the two sides of negotiators. How to use language suitably in business negotiation can influence the results. Nowadays there are too many negotiation language skills, but how to make a better use to achieve the goal of successful negotiation is difficult. Therefore the use of English language skills is the key factor for negotiating success. First of all, the language we use should have objectivity, pertinence, euphemistic expressions, flexibility, and logical lines. But how to use English language skills better is the key of the successful business negotiation. The negotiators should use these language arts skillfully during the business negotiation, and it not only satisfies mutual benefit demand but also could relieve the dull atmosphere on negotiation. It will create a comfortable atmosphere for the two parties and is good for the success of negotiation. So using language skillfully can enhance a great success on negotiation and get double effects.
