摘 要
当今社会,贸易扮演着尤为重要的角色,各国间的国际业务来往也越来越频繁。商务贸易往来有很多种方式,但商务信函在对外贸易中是非常重要的书面文件。在商务信函中,用词是不可或缺的部分,因为恰当的用词在商务交流中起着非常重要的作用。但是,有很多因素影响着商务英语函电的用词。有时候,不恰当的用词可能会导致信息传递的偏差,有时甚至会影响贸易的顺利进行。因此,我们应注重商务英语函电用词的严谨性和准确性。本文首先阐明了商务英语函电和选词的定义以及他们的特点,并且分析了影响商务英语函电用词的因素,然后再通过举例和比较来总结说明商务英语函电的用词技巧。根据分析结果,作者将提出一些建议,从而帮助读者更好地理解商务英语函电用词技巧的分析和准确地理解句子中每个词的含义。

Abstract
Nowadays, business plays an especially important role in the society. And international businesses among different countries are becoming increasingly frequent. There are various communication methods available today. And business English correspondence is an important part of foreign trade. Diction is an indispensable part of business English correspondence, because good diction can mean a lot in the business. But there are lots of difficulties in the diction of business English correspondence. Inappropriate diction sometimes may lead to the discrepancy of the information transmission and sometimes even influence the trade. So we should pay great attention to the preciseness and accuracy of words. This paper firstly explains the definitions and characteristics of business English correspondence and its diction, and analyzes the factors which influence the diction of business English correspondence. And then some examples and comparisons are used to draw the conclusion of diction of business English correspondence. Next, based on the results, suggestions will be given in order to achieve a better understanding of diction of business English correspondence and grasp each word’s meaning in the sentences accurately.
