摘  要

随着世界经济一体化和全球化程度不断的深入发展，对外经济体制的改革和完善，各国之间的经济贸易往来日益频繁，中国涉外贸易呈现出蓬勃发展的状态。涉外合同作为一种重要的法律依据文件在商业活动中被广泛地应用，成为了必不可少的语言交际工具协调着各方的贸易利益。一旦签署，它将会产生相应的法律义务和责任，各方应严格遵循。涉外合同有别于其它的文体，其语言形成了独特的风格。这对译者的能力和素质提出了一个全新的挑战。因此本文将从专业词汇，缩略语，法律词汇，近义词,外来词以及介词等英语词汇特点入手，通过中英文对比的形式对具体实例的分析，探究涉外合同英语用词的准确性、严密性和规范性。

Abstract

With the development of global economic integration and deepening foreign economic system reform, china’s foreign trade shows vigorous state of development. The contract involving foreign interests as an important legal document is widely applied and becomes a necessary tool of communication. Because of the legal effect of the contract, once signed, it will produce the corresponding legal responsibilities and obligations. Both Chinese and foreign countries should be strict with the trade in accordance with the contract，in verse, they will bear the legal liability. This kind of contract is different from other styles as well as its language has developing a unique style which puts forward a new challenge to the translators’ ability and quality. Hence, the author will embark on the English lexical features that involve the formal words, abbreviation, legal vocabulary, synonym and prepositions etc and through the analysis of specific cases in the form of contrast in both Chinese and English to explore the accuracy, preciseness and formal of the contract involving foreign interests.
