摘 要
随着商业贸易的快速发展,商务谈判在贸易中的作用越来越重要。商务谈判,是一种双边贸易中运用语言进行经济的活动,它可以促使双方达成协议。语言在商务谈判过程中犹如桥梁,语言的运用技巧在很大程度上决定了谈判的成败。语言分口头语言和肢体语言。在本文中,将就口头语言技巧在商务谈判中的运用进行探讨。先从社会背景分析口头语言技巧在贸易商务谈判中的重要性,再采用演绎推论结合案例分析的研究方法对商务谈判中的语言原则,和最常用的委婉语,模糊语,幽默语的使用等语言技巧进行特定的分析,以得到客观、正确的研究结果。从而帮助读者今后在商务谈判中能更恰当地、巧妙地运用口头语言,更重要的是为提高其在商务谈判中的竞争力。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the business trade, business negotiation is becoming more and more important in the trade. The essence of the business negotiation is to carry out the economic activities with language among two parties. Negotiation helps negotiators to come reach agreements. Language is a bridge in the negotiation process. And, the success of the negotiation depends largely on the usages of language skills. Language includes spoken language and body language. This paper is to mainly analyze the usages of spoken language skills in the business negotiation. Based on the social background, firstly, the paper is to analyze the importance of spoken language skills in the business negotiation. Then it adopts the deductive approach and case study method to analyze the language principles and the most common usages of fuzzy language, euphemism, the humor language and other language skills. It aims to make the objective and correct results. Based on the results, the paper is to achieve a goal of helping negotiators use the language more properly and skillfully, above all, to improve their competitions in business negotiations.
