摘 要
在现在这个社会,人们改善关系,谈判之间的相互作用,有必要进行谈判。国家和国家、国际组织的人员之间经过谈判来达成双边或多边协议、制定国际规则。企业作为社会经济组织,在内部和外部的经济活动范围的扩大,在从事商业活动的过程中,必然会对谈判技巧来调和双方之间的冲突,在一个共同的认识形成的利益。这么看来,从而达成交易。因此,对谈判的理解,尤其是商务谈判,商务谈判策略和技巧来处理复杂的商业活动很好的利用,不仅是企业参与市场竞争的重要手段,必须使用。同时也是队商务工作者的基本要求。言语交际中的对外贸易谈判,是研究如何使用语言,对外贸易谈判环境。

Abstract
More and more market participants and professionals pay attention to the importance of foreign business negotiations. A successful negotiation will directly concern to the effects of business activities related to the company and the possibility of establishing a new overseas markets sales network which need to get the ideal partner. Nowadays, in society, there are interaction between participants and professionals. So it needs to improve their relations between country members and international organizations, and to reach international rules. Enterprise as an economic organization of society, in the expanded internal and external economic relations activities, is also bound to use this means to reconcile the conflict and establish interest in the form of common understanding. So that, fully understood negotiations, particularly for business negotiation method, is not only an important way to compete with others in the market, but also the basic requirements for team workers to obey in business. Trade negotiation under verbal communication is a study of how to use external trade negotiations to solve problems in business.
