摘  要

随着中国与外国的交流与合作的增加，各种中外之间的商务活动也频繁地开展。商务谈判是一种常见的商务交流形式，由于语用能力的缺失，口译人员在商务英语谈判的过程中经常出现各种各样的语用错误。本研究中，作者首先介绍了商务谈判和语用错误的概念。然后探讨了商务谈判中的语用错误现象，研究发现语用错误分为语言语用错误和社会语用错误。接着作者分析了语用错误产生的原因，发现原因有语言系统的不同，文化差异和缺乏语境意识。最后就如何避免语用失误提出了一些建议，为了促进商务谈判顺利进行，作者认为应当提高口译人员的语用能力和跨文化意识。因此，研究谈判中的语用失误具有很重要的实用意义，对推动国际商务谈判起到积极作用。

Abstract

With the increase of communication and cooperation between China and foreign countries, all kinds of business activities are launched frequently. Business negotiation is a common form of business activities, the quality of negotiation plays an important role in the process and outcome of the negotiation. Due to the lack of pragmatic ability, interpreters often come across all kinds of pragmatic errors in the progress of business of business English negotiation. In this research, the author first introduces the definition of the business negotiation and pragmatic failures. Then he discusses the phenomena of pragmatic failures in business negotiation, and the study found that pragmatic failures can be divided into pragmalinguistic and sociopragmatic. After that, the author analyzes the cause of pragmatic failures, the research found that the reasons are different linguistic systems, cultural differences and lack of context awareness. Finally, the author gives some approaches to reduce the pragmatic failures in business negotiation. The author thinks that the interpreters should improve their pragmatic competence and cross cultural awareness. As a result, the thesis has an important practical significance on researching the pragmatic failures in business negotiation, and the thesis will play a positive role in promotion of international business negotiation.
