摘  要

在当今，外贸函电在对外贸易中发挥了巨大的作用，它大大降低了了企业基础设备的开销,改善了信息的传播速度，帮助公司寻找贸易伙伴，促进了贸易的发展。对外贸函电的研究不但能帮助人们了解它对外贸的重要作用，更能了解他的基本模式，从而让外贸从事者能够更加高效率的与贸易伙伴进行交流。然后，本文从外贸函电的基础概念开始，对基本结构的分析。让读者对外贸函电有一定的了解。之后用外贸的定义与成功的因素提出对外贸函电的基本要求，并用了实际的例子进行解释。最后结合外贸函电与对外贸易，清楚，详细的说明外贸函电在对外贸易中的作用。

Abstract

In this century,correspondence plays a big role in foreign trade.it decreases the cost of basic equipment a lot,improves the speed of transfer information,helps the company find the trade object,promotes the development of foreign trade.Studying the correspondence can help people know its function of foreign trade and the categories of correspondence.So the people who do foreign trade can communicate more efficiently to their partners.This paper start from the definition and the categories of the correspondence.It can make readers have a certain understanding about correspondence.Then this paper uses the definition of foreign trade and factors in success of foreign trade to put forward the basic requirement of correspondence.And there is a instance to explain it.Finally,combining the correspondence and foreign trade,this paper has a clear and detailed introduction about the function of English correspondence in International trade.
