摘  要
 
本文主要是通过对比分析英式英语口语和美式英语口语的不同，结合过去商务谈判的例子，分析了英美口语的差异对商务谈判的影响。首先，作者就简单介绍了英语在当今社会的重要性和商务谈判目前的情形，然后就英式英语和美式英语的口语在发音，词汇，日期，数字，楼层表达，句法等做了细致的对比，分析了商务英语口的特点，结合实际例子找出英美口语的差异对商务谈判的实际影响和潜在影响以及正面影响和负面影响。作者发现口语的差异可以直接导致商务谈判的失败或成功，间接影响对外贸易的发展。因此，谈判者应该注重英美口语的差异，使谈判能更加顺利。

Abstract

This paper mainly focuses on the comparison of Britain oral English and American oral English and combines the previous examples of business negotiation, then analyzes the impact of the differences of oral English between British English and American English on business negotiation. Firstly, the author introduces the importance of English in our recent society and the situation of business negotiation, in addition, the author talks about the differences in pronunciation, vocabulary, syntax, customary usages including date, numbers, floor three points, then combines the features of business oral English and examples in our life to find the tangible impacts and potential impacts including positive impacts and negative impacts. Finally, the author draws a conclusion that the differences of oral English between the two branches of English really directly lead to the success or failure of business negotiation, indirectly influence the development of foreign trade. Therefore, negotiators should pay attention to the differences of the oral English between British English and American English and make the process of negotiations much more successful.
