摘  要

随着经济全球化的不断加快，国际商务谈判正在不断兴起，它对全球经济的发展起到了重要作用，因此商务谈判的顺利进行十分重要。成功的商务谈判不仅要求谈判者具有良好的商务知识更要求谈判者能够掌握一定的谈判技巧，肢体语言作为语言的重要组成部分，使其在商务谈判中有着举足轻重的地位。通过平时对国际商务知识的学习积累和对相关书籍的查阅，本文以常见的几种肢体语言作为分析对象，结合了国际商务谈判的背景，分析了肢体语言在商务谈判中的运用和作用，旨在为谈判者提供借鉴指导作用,并达到商务谈判结果最优化的结果。此次课题研究可以帮助谈判者更深一步的认识到肢体语言对商务谈判起到的不可忽视的重要作用。

Abstract

With the development of transportation technology and communication technology, the speed of globalization is accelerating day by day. In today’s society, the economic has realized its globalization; international business negotiations are becoming more and more frequent. International business cooperation has played an important role in the development of the global economy. So, the smooth proceeding of the negotiations is particularly important for the building of business relationship. As an success negotiator, one should not only be equipped with abundant business knowledge, but also master some negotiation skills. Human communicate with others not only by verbal language, body language plays an important role in deliver human’s emotion. So, as an negotiator one must learn to gesture his partner inside world by his body language. Body language as an important part of human communication plays a crucial role in business negotiation. By learning some basic knowledge of international negotiations and consulting some related books, this paper is going to discuss the function and application of body language in business negotiation through some common use body languages under the background of international business negotiation. It aims to give some references to negotiators of how to use and read one’s partner’s body language properly. Through this paper, it can help negotiators have a much more profound realization that body language in many circumstances can decide the success of a negotiation。
