摘 要
随着经济全球一体化的进程,中美两国之间经济贸易飞速发展,双方商务交易活动愈来愈频繁,商务谈判的重要性也日渐呈现。但是,由于中美两国之间存在着巨大的文化差异,两国谈判者之间极可能出现文化冲突以及不必要的误解。因此,为了双方谈判的顺利进行,了解中国文化和美国文化之间的差异是很有必要的。本文重点讨论了中美之间的文化差异及其对商务谈判的影响,并提出了化解文化冲突的几点建议。通过本文,作者希望今后中美双方在商务谈判中能加强文化差异的敏感性,从而制定出合适的谈判策略,最终取得圆满的谈判结果。

Abstract
Along with the economic globalization process, the trade between China and the United States has developed rapidly. The manual business communication activities have become more frequent, and the importance of business negotiations is increasingly apparent. However, due to the huge cultural differences between China and the United States, many cultural conflicts and unnecessary misunderstandings are likely to occur between the negotiators from two countries. Therefore, in order to make the two sides’ business negotiations go smoothly, it is necessary to understand cultural differences of China and the United States. This paper mainly discusses the cultural differences between China and the United States and its influence on business negotiation. In addition, it also puts forward some suggestions to resolve cultural conflicts. Through this article, the author hopes that in the future, both sides can strengthen the sensitivity of cultural differences in business negotiations, and works out appropriate negotiation strategies to achieve satisfactory negotiation results.
