摘  要

随着市场经济的快速发展和经济全球化逐步深入，促使中国越来越多的国内企业和个人开始直接参与到国际贸易中。但在国际贸易中存在各种风险，尤其是有关合同陷阱这一方面，因此，我们有必要就国际贸易合同中常见的陷阱进行分析探究。本文旨在探究国际贸易中常见的合同陷阱及其对策。首先阐述了合同陷阱的概念，特征和几种重要类型。接着提出了相关应对策略。最后得出结论，即研究合同陷阱对维护国际贸易市场稳定发展的重要意义。

Abstract

With the rapidly developing of the market economy and gradually deepening of the economic globalization, more and more domestic enterprises and individuals in China start getting involved into the international trade directly, where exists many risks, especially the contract pitfalls, so it is necessary for us to analyze and study the common pitfalls in international trade contract. This paper aims to explore the common pitfalls in international goods trade and their countermeasures. Firstly, it illustrated the conception, characteristics and typical types of contract pitfalls. Then it analyzes the countermeasures that can be taken to deal with these pitfalls. Finally, the author draws a conclusion that studying the contract pitfalls can help to main the stable development of international trade market.
