摘  要

金融英语主要是指金融领域所涉及的各种文书，包括书信、合同、文件以及各种单据等。随着经济全球化和区域一体化的迅猛发展，各类信息的爆炸式剧增，国际交往的日益频繁，金融英语的影响力越来越广。现代英语的特点之一就是要用比较简单的结构最大限度的表达思想。英语缩略语就符合了英语从繁到简的发展趋势。在生活的各个方面，英语缩略语显示出极其重要的地位。本文通过对比、分析、举例等方法探讨金融缩略语在构成、分类及译法等方面的变化规律。研究金融英语中的缩略语的构成规律和法则，不仅可以减少和避免使用时出现的混乱和错误，而且可以看出社会的经济发展和变化。

Abstract

Financial English mainly refers to different kinds of documents in the financial field, including letters, contracts, documents, and all kinds of receipts, etc. With the rapid development of economic globalization and regional integration, the information explosion is drastic and international communication increases frequently, therefore the influence of the financial English is more than we can imagine. One characteristic of the modern English is to express ideas to the maximum extent by simple structure. English abbreviations will conform to the development of English from complex to simple. In all aspects of life, English acronyms play a very important part. In this paper, through methods such as comparative analysis and examples, changing rules of abbreviations in composition, classification and translation is explored. Studying the constitute and the rules of abbreviations in financial English, not only can reduce and avoid confusion and mistakes in use, but also can witness the development and change of society.
