摘  要 
 
本论文主要深入地分析了商务英语谈判中中英互译的意义和作用。通过对委婉语的研究和对一些专业术语翻译的分类从而全面地了解其技巧来避免一些交谈中的错误。本文对委婉语的翻译研究进行了对比分析，概括地阐述了委婉语中英翻译对国际商务谈判中的意义。本文着重强调对委婉语的理解的必要性，也分析了在商务英语谈判中委婉语的应用形式，更强化了其在谈判中的发挥的功能，除此之外，该文章也指出里一些我们在交谈中常会碰见的问题。本文对委婉语在国际商务谈判的研究具有坚实的理论基础和实际参考意义。

Abstract

The paper analyzes the meaning and the function of the Euphemism in International Chinese-English Business Negotiation. Knowing the skill of the Euphemism comprehensively by researching and classifying professional term of translation can help to avoid the mistakes that obtain the best effect of negotiations. As for the study of euphemisms’ translation, the paper also deeply analyzes its content and generally and wholly expounds the meaning of Chinese-English translation in International Business Negotiation. And this paper mainly emphasizes that understanding of the euphemism is necessary, and it also analyzes the forms of euphemisms and strengthens the function of euphemisms during the business negotiation. What’s more, this thesis also points out the problems, which happens easily in the negotiation. In a word, study of euphemism in international business negotiation has a solid theoretical foundation and practical reference value.
