摘  要

当今世界经济全球化的趋势正在日益加强,各国之间的联系也日益密切。文化差异下的跨文化国际贸易是不可避免的,各类型的跨文化谈判日益频繁。本文主要从跨文化的角度分析跨文化因素对中美国际贸易谈判的影响,其中包括了思维方式的差异和价值观的差异等影响因素。通过对各影响因素的探究,揭示出中美跨文化谈判碰撞和冲突的原因,并给出解决的对策,以减少中美跨文化国际贸易谈判中的误解和障碍,目的是超越文化的局限,促进双方取得谈判的双赢结果。

Abstract

Nowadays, the world of economic globalization trend is increasingly strengthened and the links among countries are also increasingly close with each passing day. Cross-cultural international trade under cultural differences is inevitable and various types of cross-cultural negotiations are growing in frequency. This article mainly analyses cross-cultural factors’ influence on Sino-US international trade negotiations from the perspective of cross-cultural including the factors affecting differences in ways of thinking and values. By exploring the various factors, it reveals reasons of the Sino-US negotiations on cross-cultural collisions and conflicts and gives solutions to reduce the misunderstandings and obstacles in Sino-US cross-cultural international trade negotiations. The purpose of this article is to surpass the limitations of culture and promote mutual win-win outcome of the negotiations.
