摘 要
随着我国金融改革的不断深入,金融行业对其从业人员外语应用能力要求越来越高,凸显出既精通专业又精通英语的复合型人才缺乏,培养既能熟练掌握专业技能,又善于外语交流交际的外资业务实用型人才,是金融英语学习的紧迫任务,更是高职英语教学改革的主要目标。金融高职院校应从定位课程发展,突出学习者学习能力的培养,推行新的英语教师培养模式,利用现代教学技能进行教学等方面入手,对金融英语学习进行改革;教师应根据学生的特点,结合英语基础知识和金融行业专业知识进行特色教学,培养金融领域需要的复合型人才。本文通过分析金融英语学习现状,通过克拉申的输入假说和情感过滤假说进行探讨分析,让英语语言的学习变成可理解可输入的学习,对金融英语学习的内容和教材进行一些意见建议。

Abstract
With the development of Chinese financial reform, financial industry requires that the practitioners should have higher ability to apply foreign languages; this requirement shows the deficiency of interdisciplinary talents versed in specialty and English. Thus it is an urgent task for financial vocational colleges and a primary objective of English teaching reform to cultivate practical talents mastering specialized skills and communication ability with foreign language. Financial vocational colleges should reform financial English teaching from setting curriculum, stressing development of students’ learning ability, taking new cultivating model of English teachers, and applying modern teaching technique; the teachers of higher vocational colleges should take special teaching methods to develop interdisciplinary talents for financial industry according to students’ characteristics and connecting general English knowledge with financial knowledge. This paper analyzes the current situation of financial English studying, and put forward some suggestion about financial English studying through karshen’s input hypothesis and emotion filter hypothesis.
