摘 要
拒绝是日常生活中常用的言语行为,其本质是非礼貌的,并胁迫请求者面子的面子行为。外贸函电中的拒绝策略是一种特殊的拒绝行为,除了要礼貌得体外,还有着特殊的要求。在外贸函电中,良好的拒绝策略能够建立好的声誉,维护已有及发现潜在客户,从而给公司带来巨大收益。目前,国内外对拒绝行为的研究多集中在跨文化对比及语用研究上,也总结了一些拒绝策略,但语用学理论专门对函电中的拒绝策略进行研究的人很少。本文在前人研究的基础上,概括总结了两种拒绝种类--直接拒绝策略和规约拒绝策略,并对这两拒绝策略的特点,从语用上进行了比较分析,突出强调了规约策略的重要性。

Abstract

On the basis of previous studies, this paper summarized the two species, he declined refused to strategy and strategy of statute refused to directly, and the characteristics of the two refused to strategy, has carried on the comparative analysis from the pragmatics, emphasizes the importance of statute strategy.
