摘 要
随着我国经济的迅猛发展,国内很多企业都开始对外合作,而随之面临的国际商务谈判越来越多。国际商务谈判是为了使双方能够获得共赢,这就要求我们在谈判中使用的语言能够增强沟通,并且是遵循互惠互利的原则来促使谈判成功、创立共赢局面。所有与之相违背的语言都是属于禁忌之列。而英语是国际商务往来中的重要载体;了解在商务谈判中的英语禁忌语,才能有备而战,达到谈判所需要的结果。本文主要研究的是国际商务谈判中的英语禁忌语。文章首先介绍英语禁忌语的定义和英语禁忌语的来源,其次是英语禁忌语的主要分类,最后是我们该如何在国际商务谈判中解决英语禁忌语的问题。

Abstract
With the rapid development of our country, more and more enterprises start to have a relationship with foreign enterprises. As a result, these enterprises will have more and more international business negotiations. The purpose of international business negotiation is to make two parties have the win-win result, which requires us to use the language that can strengthen the communication of two parties. Meanwhile, it is also likely to follow the principle of mutual benefits to promote the success in negotiation. But these are the taboos which are against this. As we all know, English is used as the tool of communication between the negotiators. So if we want to achieve our goal in our negotiation, we should know the taboos in English. At the beginning of the thesis, the brief introduction of English taboos and the resource of English taboos are presented, and then the thesis focuses on the main classification of English taboos. Finally, the thesis analyzes the ways of solving the problem of taboos.
