摘  要

随着全球化的发展和我国改革开放的不断深化，我国的对外贸易得到前所未有的发展机遇。如今，我国与世界上许多国家建立了互惠共赢的伙伴关系，对外经贸往来日益频繁。在涉外经贸合作中，双方通过而其中签订涉外合同是对一次对外贸易成功的关键一步。这类合同因其涉及对外贸易性质，通常需要使用国际通用的英语来撰写，所以必须尽可能快速熟悉国际商务英语的语言特色，提高撰写英语商务合同的水平，对于我国实践“走出去”的发展战略具有重要的意义。当今世界，国际经济贸易活动日益频繁。商务英语合同作为重要的法律文件依据，越来越多的英语和法律爱好者希望尽快准确理解，翻译和制作合同以便加快国际商务合作进程。本文以涉外合同的英语语言特色作为研究对象，在结合前人的研究的基础上进一步提出自己对涉外合同中英语语言特色的观点。通过从多个角度去分析涉外合同的英语语言特色，能为涉外合同的成功的签订提供帮助，促进对外贸易发展,繁荣涉外合同市场，推动中西商务交流。

Abstract

With the development of globalization and the deepening of reform and opening up，our foreign trade has an unprecedented opportunity for development. China is playing an increasingly active role in the world economic activities and is enhancing its economical exchanges and cooperation with an increasing number of countries. The signing of English contract is the key step in a successful foreign trade.The foreign language of the contract, which needs to use the international general English to compose. Therefore, the familiarity of this contract characteristic, enhances the greater level of writing English contract as soon as possible, is having the vital significance to practices “walking outside” developmental strategy on behalf of our country. In today’s society, along with the growth of international business and exchange, the Bussiness English contract tends to be as the most important legal document basis. While more and more English and legal enthusiasts who are dithyrambic about the process of comprehending, translating and making Bussiness English contracts for the sake of accelerating the process of international business cooperation. In this article，we take characteristics of English in foreign contract as research object and put forward our own point of view on this subject based on the former research. Through analyzing characteristics of English in foreign contract from several aspects, we can offer the help for the signing of the contract, promote development of foreign trade, boom the foreign contract market and finally promote the business communication between the East and West.
