摘　要

21世纪是经济日益全球化的世纪，中国与世界各国的商务间交往愈加频繁密切，国际贸易事业也迅猛发展，国际经济贸易的许多环节基本上是通过商务函电往来进行的。在我国，各涉外公司与世界各国公司进行的经济交往、贸易磋商、合同签订等都离不开函电。毋庸置疑，一封好的电函可以赢得客户的信任和尊重。而作为指导商务英语函电写作的重要方法，掌握“7 C”原则是我们写好外贸信函
的关键。本文将商务英语函电写作的7C原则在商务英语函电中的应用作为研究对象，在总结和参考已有研究成果的基础上进一步提出自己的观点和认识。在阐述写作7C原则的含义和重要性以及各原则在实际函电中具体运用的同时，通过对比、研究和分析，使得一封商务英语函电能准确有效地完成，从而有助于顺利开展双方的商务活动，加强双方的交流沟通，促进双方交易的达成。

Abstract

The 21st century is a century of increasingly economy. Business contacts between China and other countries in the world are getting more and more frequently and closely. International trade is also developing rapidly. The international economy trade is basically carried out by dealing with business correspondence. In China, none of the economic exchanges, trade negotiations and contracts signed between every foreign company and other companies around the world can do without correspondence. There is no doubt that a successful Business English Correspondence can win the customers’ trust and respect. As an important method to guide the Business English writing, mastery of “7C” principle is the key to writing a good Business English Correspondence in the foreign trade. In this paper, I study the basic writing 7C principles applied in Business English Correspondence. Then I put forward my own views and understanding over the references and summarize the existing research results. In expounded the meaning and importance of basic writing 7C principles and each specific writing principle in practical correspondence used at the same time. Making an accurate and effective English Correspondence through contrast, research and analysis helps in the smooth development of both sides in business activities. It also enhances communication between the two sides and promotes the two sides to reach a deal.
