摘  要

在现今的经济全球化时期，国际贸易活动愈渐频繁。而商务英语写作，作为商务沟通的必要方式，在国际贸易中起到了越来越重要的作用。商务英语写作水平的高低，直接影响着贸易双方对彼此的印象，更是直接影响了贸易的成败结果。商务英语写作有着区别于一般英语写作的显著特点，最主要的是在写作过程中都必须遵循着语用原则，尤其是合作原则和礼貌原则。在商务沟通联系的过程中，合作原则是我们无意之间一直遵循着的原则，它能促进我们有效地实现交际任务；礼貌则是我们人类社会文明的象征，商务写作中遵循礼貌原则会给对方留下很好的印象。将语用原则应用到商务英语写作中并进行研究，能够更好地分析商务英语写作特征，也能够更有效地推进国际商务贸易活动的发展。本文主要剖析了语用原则中的合作原则和礼貌原则在商务英语写作中的应用实践，因此来促进商务英语写作水平的提升。

Abstract

In the era of economic globalization, international business activities are gradually increasing. Business English writing, as an approach of business communication , becomes a necessary way in international trade. Business English writing level, directly affect the impression of the two parties, and also influence the final of the trade. Business English writing has his distinctive features as well, although it also obeys the rules for general writing, and what the main character of business English writing is that it obeys the pragmatic principle, especially the cooperative principle and the politeness principle. We often follow the cooperative principle unconsciously in business communication process, it can improve our communicative tasks effectively. Politeness is the symbol of our social civilization, adhere to the politeness principle in business writing will make a good impression with each other. We apply the pragmatic principle to business English writing and have a analysis, it can be better analyze the writing characters, and also promote effectively the development of international business activities. The article mainly about the application of cooperative principle and politeness principle in Business English writing, in order to promote the upgrading of business English writing.
