摘要

冲突话语有开始、高潮、结束三个阶段。无论冲突性话语持续时间是长是短，无论在本意上是善意的还是敌意的，都是会结束的。这里的“结束”是代表停止当前冲突话轮，对话双方愿意进行合作的谈话行为或其它行为，比如对话双方达成了共识、转移了话题、一方退出聊天等。冲突话语在现如今家庭中父母和儿童之间的日常交际中频繁发生，如果处理不当，一定程度上会影响甚至阻碍两代人之间的顺利沟通，不利于营造和谐的家庭氛围。本文以美国情景喜剧《摩登家庭》、《成长的烦恼》和《查理成长日记》作为语料来源，分析亲子话语结束方式，并对如何减少亲子冲突进行探讨。剖析父母和青少年的话语冲突如何结束，有利于帮助亲子双方避免、缓解和消除话语冲突，并且促进双方增加沟通和了解，为孩子的健康成长创造良好的家庭环境并产生积极的社会影响。

Abstract

Conflict talks have three periods: initiation, maintaining and termination. Once a dispute starts, no matter how long it continues, no matter whether it is well-meaning or not, it is sure to come to an end. The “end” means to finish the conflict talk turn and both participants are going to have some cooperative conversations, such as obedience, topic-shifting, separation and so on. Parent-child conflict is an important interpersonal event，which manifests primarily in the disagreement between parents and children(adolescents). It frequently happens in our daily life. Failing to handle their conflict talks may greatly impact and even hinder good communications between the two generations, which is not good for the creation of a harmonious family atmosphere. This thesis chooses the American television sitcoms Modern Family, Growing Pains and Good Luck Charlie to analyze on the termination strategies and the features of parent-child conflict talks. Analyzing how the parent-child conflict talks come to an end is good for the two parties to avoid, alleviate and eliminate their conflict talks; furthermore, it is important for the parents and children to increase communication and they can know each other better. In addition, analyzing the termination way of the parent-child conflict talks has a great influence on creating a sympathetic family atmosphere and bridging generation gap.
