摘　要

婚姻一直是一个永恒的话题，它一直被各类文学作品所选材。而《傲慢与偏见》作为其中的代表作，是一本关于19世纪女性婚姻观的有力参考材料。作者简奥斯汀在书中描写了四段不同的婚姻，通过分析当时的社会背景，可以间接的得出社会背景，家庭以及其它因素造成的对人们婚姻观的影响，在当时女性的婚姻观中，什么是她们最需求的，地位，金钱还是爱情，而在这其中又是哪个才是一段幸福美满的婚姻的关键。在文中，奥斯汀也通过不用婚姻的不同结局清晰的表明了自己的看法，以及她自己内心的希翼，爱情是婚姻的基石，也是让一段婚姻一直美丽的关键。但是事实上却无法否认，金钱，地位在婚姻中也是起着一定的作用。

Abstract

Marriage is an eternal topic over centuries; it has been the important material for all kinds of literal articles. As a masterpiece, Pride and Prejudice is an article which concern about people’s marital view in 19th century. In the Pride and Prejudice, Jane Austen was describe four different marriages, and through study the social background and their families we can find that such things has a big influence on people’s marital view at that time. And Jane Austen also discusses the problem that which is more important in the marriage, love or money? She also shows us that women’s social status at that time and the social economy may influence people’s attitude to their marriages, life and fate. Marriage may combine with different reasons, so it may lead to several results, from this different results, it can be easily found that what kind of marriage is prefect in Jane’s eyes. The low position of women lead them want to live in a comfortable life, however, they even don’t have the right to inherit property, what they can do is only to marry with a rich person who has a good social status. But Jane Austen insisted that love was in the first position in marriage.

1 Introduction
This paper is discuss about the marriage, and what was the important element in marriage, through analysis the novel of Pride and Prejudice, people can find there were four different kind of marriages. The story has happened in 19th century, it was the century that women have a very low position. If a woman without enough money, what they can do is to marry with a rich person which can lead them live in a comfortable life. So it gives them a deep impact that marry with a rich, good position man can give them a comfortable life.
