Abstract:

Black Swan is an outstanding film relating to the theme of feminism, which is full of strong surreal thrill and horror. This film focuses on the spiritual transformation of a ballet-dancer whose name is Nina. It also tells us a story about Nina’s strong desire to break through the spiritual shackles and make self-achievements. Then Nina attempts to explore her inner world constantly in order to realize her perfect art figure and personal value. In this film, the self-awakening of heroine prompts her to break away from the male-dominated society. To some extent it makes Nina reveal her brand new characters and her intense pursuits of feminism. This process is filled with great challenges to her former submissive characteristics. This is why she ended up with death for the pursuits of women’s spiritual and physical freedom. Mostly important, this female image has a marked impact on the concepts of women in the androcentric society. This dissertation simply analyses the heroine’s individual figure from the perspectives of feminism and shows the spirits of self-understanding, the pursuits of freedom, equality and independence. It tells us the great importance of women’s awakening and female freedom.

摘  要：

《黑天鹅》是一部略带超现实惊悚元素的优秀女性主义电影，该片以芭蕾舞者妮娜的精神蜕变为主线，讲述了芭蕾舞者妮娜为了实现完美的艺术形象和个人价值，对内心世界展开的不断探索，最终冲破精神桎梏成就自我的故事。在影片中，妮娜对于自我意识的觉醒，促使她挣脱男性主权社会的束缚和压迫，从而实现自我价值和获得精神上的自由解放。同时，男权主导意识的压迫，也一定程度上促使妮娜展现出新的人格以及对女性主义的追求，这一女性形象深刻冲击了男性中心社会的妇女观念。本文从女性主义角度，浅析《黑天鹅》中女主角的个人形象，表现出女性意识中的自我醒悟和追求自由，平等，独立的精神。

Black Swan was nominated for academy award for the best movie and the best director in 2011 movie circle. It is also gloriously elected as the opening film in the 67th Venice international film festival. The main character, Natasha•Portman won the academy award for the best actress with her magnetic personality and exquisite performance. Her acting is so superb that she has many big fans around the world(Lin Xiu, 2013:144-146). The director, Darren•Aronofsky has certainly become one of the best and popular directors of the young generation in the filmdom. We can say that Black Swan is a huge success in movie history.
