摘 要
        
《亨利四世》上、下篇（1597）是莎士比亚历史剧的代表作，剧本描写了亨利王子在亨利国王的辅助下与北方大贵族殊死抗争的过程；同时描写王子同福斯塔夫一伙人交往至友情悲剧的过程。亨利王子有其独特的个性，却又因王室接班人身份的特殊性渐渐将其个性自我掩藏，显露出王子的政治自我。本文研究的正是亨利王子的自我双重性。在对《亨利四世》的各类研究中，鲜有从心理分析法角度对亨利王子的双重性进行分析。本文分为五个章节。第一章为文献综述:《亨利四世》故事情节；研究现状以及论文结构。本论文所运用的人格结构理论和镜像理论则在第二章进行呈现。第三章分析亨利王子的双重自我在其语言、行为及心理活动中的体现，其次在第四章中借用心理分析法中弗洛伊德的人格结构理论及拉康的镜像理论探究其双重自我并浅析其双重自我形成原因。不难发现，亨利王子固有的个性与不可推卸的政治需要之间的矛盾与冲突是造成其双重自我形成的原因，亨利王子只能选择遏制其个性自我的生长。与其他对亨利王子双重自我研究不同的是，全文从一个更小的角度，仅围绕心理分析法对王子的双重自我的分析，从而使分析显得更深刻。

ABSTRACT
   
King Henry the Fourth (1597) is a master work of Shakespeare, which describes the struggling process between the northern aristocrat and prince Henry who is under the assistance of his father, king Henry the Fourth. Meanwhile, it portrays prince Henry’s tragic friendship with Falstaff. Prince Henry has his unique personalities, but it is because of his unique status as the prince of Wales that his own self is gradually replaced by his political self. This thesis is a brief analysis of prince Henry’s double selves. Among all kinds of researches of King Henry the Fourth, it is quite rare to see the research towards prince Henry’s double selves in the perspective of psychoanalysis. Five chapters are divided in this article, it first makes a literature review on King Henry the Fourth, presents researches and structure of the thesis. In the second chapter, it introduces personality structure and mirror-image theory. The third chapter introduces the reflections of double selves in prince Henry’s words, actions and his mental activities, especially his monologues，after that， in the Fourth chapter, Freud’s personality structure and Lacan’s mirror-image theory are adopted in analyzing Prince Henry’s double selves and reason of the formation. It is not hard to find out that the contradiction and conflict between the deeply hidden personalities and his obligatory political responsibility are the main reasons. Prince Henry has no choice but to suppress his personal self. This thesis differs from other similar papers which also analyze Prince Henry’s double selves because this paper emphasizes Henry’s double selves through a much smaller point of view in the perspective of psychoanalysis in order to make it more insightful.
