摘要：

江奈生•斯威夫特是18世纪英国杰出的批判现实主义文学大师之一。《格列夫游记》是他的代表作之一，具有鲜明的讽刺艺术。这是一部寓言小说，情节生动，语言优美，结构严谨。它的讽刺意义在客观上是相当广泛的，甚至在今天仍然是现实的。因此说斯威夫特在小说中所创造的形象的典型特点和他当时的思想境界都超出了他所处的特定的时代。斯威夫特独特的讽刺手法在这部作品的艺术形式上占着光辉的地位。作者用丰富的讽刺手法，通过主人公格列夫的4次航海经历的所见，所闻，所感揭露了英国议会，军队，司法，警察，文化，科研等领域的种种丑闻，讽刺了腐朽的集团的罪恶。本文主要是分析该小说里的讽刺艺术，尤其是对于人性的犀利讽刺，小说中的讽刺至今对于人类反思自己有着深刻的影响。《格列夫游记》中对人性的讽刺引起我们现在人类对于社会，道德，人性的关注。

Abstract:

Jonathan Swift was one of the masters of critical realism of British in 18th century. Gulliver’s Travels was one of his masterpieces, characterized with distinctive ironic art. This is an allegorical novel with vivid plot, beautiful language and logical structure. Objectively, the meaning of irony is quite extensive and even today is still realistic. As we all known, Swift created the image with typical characteristics and his achievements beyond the realm of thought. Ironical art used in this novel occupied a glorious position. The author used lots of irony to reveal the evil sides of that time. We can appreciate this novel from the four adventures, what the hero saw and felt. The author wanted to expose the British Parliament, the military, the judiciary, police, scientific and other aspects scandals, especially satirize the corrupt group. Gulliver’s Travels, with significant imagination, bizarre plot, is a romanticism piece. The fantasy of good plot and description of specific details combined expose the reality. This essay mainly analyzes the art of irony in this novel. Especially, the irony of the humanity impressed the reader deeply. By now, the irony of humanity has a profound influence on human introspected themselves. This essay lets us pay more attention to the society, morality and humanity.
