摘要

本论文从女性主义角度分析门罗作品《逃离》中的女性形象。这部小说里矛盾中追求自我的加拿大小镇女性群像，具有鲜明的个性特征，本论文以小说的第一个故事“逃离”为主线，以其他章节为辅，对故事中的女性展开分析，旨在发现门罗小说中的女性共同特征，揭示女性面对生活困顿欲逃无路却又充满希望的可悲境地，挖掘逃离背后女性意识的觉醒和成长，探析女性选择逃离背后的真正原因—渴望并追寻自我救赎。最后，阐述女性逃离的后果，探讨现代女性身处社会生活中，如何追求自身价值，为女性主义的进一步发展作出贡献。

Abstract

This paper sets out to analyze the female images of Alice Munro’s Runaway from the perspective of feminism. All the female protagonists in the novel, who are living in an ambivalent life but still pursuing themselves, have distinct personalities. The key point lies in the female analysis of the first story “Escape” of this collection of short novels as well as some of other chapters, thus finding out the common characteristic of women, revealing the pathetic condition of women who live a difficult life but have nowhere to go, excavating the awakening and development of female consciousness behind their escape, and exploring the real reasons of their getting away—desire and pursuit of self-salvation. Finally，the author sets forth several consequences of escape and discusses how modern women achieve their own value in the face of social life，and make contributions to the further development of feminism.
