摘要

作为世界文学史上的重要作家，福克纳了许多伟大的著作。《喧哗与骚动》是福克纳文学生涯中第一部成熟的作品，也是他最喜爱的作品。虽然凯蒂是全书的重心，但从整体结构来看，她的叙述地位极其特殊。本文分为四个部分，第一部分介绍主题背景以及叙述视角，第二部分介绍叙事视角的作用，第三部分从四个叙述者的叙事内容中分析多角度叙事下的凯蒂形象，第四个部分总结分析。通过本文的研究发现使用多角度叙事手法能让读者更清晰地了解这个灵魂人物，通过叙述者的内容和凯蒂支离破碎的形象来深入挖掘造成凯蒂悲剧地真正原因。

Abstract

William Faulkner is the one of the principal writers in world literature and he has written many great works. The Sound and the Fury is the first successful literary work, also is a favored writing in Faulkner’s literary life. Caddy is the barycenter of the novel, but her position is very peculiar from the overall structure. This paper goes into four parts. Part one introduces the background and the narrative perspective. Part two introduces the effect of narrative perspective. Part three analyses Caddy’s character from four narrators’ narrative contents in multiple perspectives. The last part is conclusion. Through this paper, we can understand the soul image who named Caddy clearly by using multiple-perspective narratives. Meanwhile, we can dig into the real causes of the Caddy’s tragedy deeply.
