摘要：

《理智与情感》中埃丽诺和玛丽安是两个性格差异极大的姐妹，埃丽诺理智冷静，在选择爱人的过程中用理智压抑情感，最终和自己喜欢的人在一起；玛丽安热情奔放，被自己爱的人背叛后理智地选择了丈夫。通过她们两个追寻自己幸福婚姻的道路可以看出理性与感性是对立统一的。

Abstract:

In Sense and Sensibility, Eleanor and Marianne are sisters who have different characters. Eleanor is rational and calm, restraining her emotion when choosing her husband. At last she married the man she loved; Marianne is active and emotional, choosing her husband by sense after she was cheated by her lover. Unity and opposition for sense and sensibility are easily seen from the way that they pursue their own happy marriage.
