摘要

    人称指示语是指示语的重要组成部分。本文从语用学的角度入手，以搜集到的人称指示语被非常规使用的现象作为语料，从六个方面分析第一人称指示的非常规用法及其语用内涵，分别是第一人称常规用法和非常规用法的对比，第一人称单数指代第一人称复数，第一人称复数指代第一人称单数，第一人称复数指代第二人称单数，第一人称复数指代第二人称复数，第一人称指代第三人称，并通过相关例证得出结论：第一人称指示语在具体使用过程中并不简单，往往会因为具体语境的关系而偏离常规用法，所以只有了解第一人称非常规用法所关系到的语境，礼貌原则等因素，才能帮助听者更好地理解说者的弦外之音。

ABSTRACT

Person deixis is an important component in deixis. The present paper, based on the collection of person deixis used unconventionally as the language material, analyzes from the perspective of pragmatics the unconventional usage of the first person deixis through six aspects. They are the first person conventional and unconventional usage, the first person singular used as plural, the first person plural used as singular, plural used as the second person singular, plural used as the second person plural, first person referred to the third person. The conclusion based on relevant examples shows that first person deixis in the specific usage of the process is by no means simple, and it will deviate from the conventional usage because of the specific context, hence a good understanding of an implied meaning of the speaker requires the first person unconventional usage related to the context and politeness principle.

1.   Introduction
In this beginning chapter, the author explores five facets on the person deixis. In order to present a clear picture for our readers, the author first gives a brief introduction to the research background, followed by the relevant literature review. The literature focuses on the two parts: the previous studies and the present studies on first person deixis. Then the author specified the research situation and development direction, the purpose of the writing, presented the thesis statement and the organization of the paper.
1.1 Background information
Deixis is an important topic of pragmatics study and one of the earliest research subjects. It has become a vital part of the pragmatics. The relationship between the discourse and context just can be reflected in the structure of language through the deixis. The word deixis comes from a Greek word meaning “pointing or indicating”. The traditional view of linguistics believes that pragmatics studies the usage of language under the context condition. Besides, deictic phenomenon can be considered as the most obvious and the most direct language reflection between language and context. Five categories of deixis are classified by Levinson, namely person deixis(like “I”)，time deixis(like “tomorrow”), place deixis(like “here”), discourse dexis(like “this chapter”), and social deixis (like “您” in Chinese) Among the five categories of deixis, Person deixis is link to people or things involved in discourse with the speaker and the listener or a third party through public or implied personal pronoun to show the relationship between each other.
