加入WTO后，随着我国经济全球化和某些领域更有效率的发展，商业合同在贸易中发挥着越来越重要的作用，近几十年来，跨国贸易活动呈上升趋势，商业合同在国际贸易中发挥着越来越重要的作用。

从语体的角度看，商务合同等书面法律文书按照马丁·朱斯的分类属于庄重文体的范畴。交际目的的不同决定文体的不同。商务合同在长期的使用中形成了独特的文体特征。在文体特征方面，本文将重点阐述商务合同中情态动词，专业术语，古体词的用法是如何体现其专业性，准确性的词汇特征。本文还以功能对等理论为理论基础，阐述了如何使用词性转换法，增词法，句序调整法以及分译法等翻译技巧来达到中英文句子的功能对等。

总的来说，本文旨在为今后国际贸易合同的发展提供参考和帮助。
