东西方女性的婚姻观-从《名士风流》和《金锁记》比较_英语论文

摘要
本文从女性婚姻观出发,通过对比战争时期东西方两本小说《名士风流》和《金锁记》的女主角的婚姻观和婚后行为,分析相同时代东西方的主流婚姻观,依据东西方作家不同的文化背景和社会制度,总结出带有各自历史时期特点的婚姻观:波伏娃的《名士风流》中的女主角安娜在事业和家庭保持独立的婚姻观,展现了新时代女性的风采,而张爱玲的《金锁记》则描绘了封建制度下一个悲剧女性婚姻。无论她们的结局是喜是悲,都反映了当代女权意识的觉醒和抗争精神。

Abstract
This paper targets on female’s views of marriage through a comparative study of the heroes of the two coeval novels -- Jinsuoji in the East and The Mandarins in the West. The author tries to analyze the mainstream views of marriage in the East and the West during the same period, and based on different cultural backgrounds and social systems, figures out the marriage views with their own characteristics:Anna in The Mandarins holds that a woman should be an independent being in her career and family, showing the features of women in modern times; Jinsuoji tells its story through a tragic marriage of a woman in the Chinese feudal society. Whatever their endings are, their behaviors embody the awakening of contemporary feminist consciousness and their rebellious spirit.
