摘要

全球一体化的时代背景下，每个人都无法回避跨文化交际活动，与之相匹配的跨文化交际语言语用能力成为当下地球人关注的焦点。道歉语是跨文化交际活动中高频使用的语言之一，在日常生活中起着修复人际关系，维护和谐气氛的重要作用。

本文以中美两国极具代表性的两部家庭情景喜剧《家有儿女》和《查莉成长日记》为语料，选取剧中家庭成员之间的道歉语为研究对象，从跨文化视角对比分析中美家庭成员道歉产生的原因、道歉语的使用策略以及道歉回应策略，探讨中美家庭成员道歉语产生差异的成因，希望研究所得对中美跨文化交际活动的顺利开展有所裨益。
