摘要

近年来武侠小说开始被译为诸多外语，逐步进入外国读者的视野，深受喜爱。金庸先生所著的武侠小说不拘泥于传统写作形式，其作品蕴涵着深厚的文化底蕴，是当之无愧的文学经典。

以前的翻译理论主要集中于作者中心论和文本中心论，读者的主体地位常常被忽视。接受美学视角翻译研究大部分是文学翻译研究，对于武侠小说的审美再现研究还有待推进。尤其是武侠小说中的武功招式，目前仍缺乏深刻的审美赏析。基于这样的实际情况，本文试图从接受美学角度出发，选取了最具代表性的武侠小说之一《射雕英雄传》及其英译本第二卷作为研究案例。

本文首先介绍了射雕英雄传的译介情况以及目前对其英译本的研究，然后分别从期待视野，文本的不确定性和读者主体性三个方面，对比武功招式原文和英译并且加以分析，探究译者在翻译过程中对各部分釆取的策略。最后，作者进行了总结：在《射雕英雄传》英译本第二卷中，译者主要运用了四种不同的翻译策略，避免文化差异引起的误解。在文化和词汇层面上，充分尊重读者的文化背景和语言习惯，发挥读者主体性，从而满足读者审美需求。
