从乔治·斯坦纳的阐释学翻译看译者主体性-以《奥斯卡·瓦奥短暂而奇妙的一生》为例_英语论文
On Translator’s Subjectivity from Steiner’s Hermeneutic Perspective: A Case Study of Li Jihong’s Translation of The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao

Abstract
The translator is the main body of translation and the important participant of the construction of national culture. However, the translation subject has been obscured for a long time in the pluralistic system of Chinese culture, and the marginalization of the translator’s cultural status has appeared. With the “cultural turn” of translation studies, the study of translation subject has paid due attention and gradually deepened, and Hermeneutic translation theory is one of the important research perspectives.
Based on George Steiner’s Hermeneutic Translation Theory, this paper will analyze the translators subjectivity through the four moves, trust, aggression, incorporation and restitution in the case study of the Chinese translation of The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao so as to understand the translator's role in the translation activities. And through text analysis, this paper will sum up the subjective and objective factors of the translator’s subjectivity, and provide reference value for the translation of the novel The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao.
