The Analysis of Localization Strategy of Multinational Corporations in China
摘要:最近几十年,在经济全球化发展浪潮中,跨国公司本土化问题成为一个热门话题。本文运用理论联系实际的方法,系统的介绍了跨国公司和本土化战略的定义,本土化战略表现形式和跨国公司在华本土化的动因分析,阐述了跨国公司在华本土化的发展历程,发展过程中存在的问题以及对中国经济的挑战,并从中国海外企业的角度分析跨国公司在华本土化战略所带来的启示与建议。

Abstract: In recent decades, the issue of localization of multinational corporations has become a hot topic in the wave of economic globalization. This paper applies the method of integrating theory with practice and introduces systematically the definition of multinational companies and localization strategy, localization strategy forms, the motivation analysis of multinational companies' localization strategy in China, then expounds the development process of multinational companies' localization strategy in China, existing problems in the process of development and the challenges to China's economy. Finally from the perspective of the Chinese overseas enterprises, it elaborates on the enlightenment and suggestions brought by the analysis of the localization strategy of multinational companies.
