A Study of C-E Translation of Network Buzzwords from Perspective of Skopos Theory_英语论文
摘要
互联网的快速发展和广泛应用,富有特色,能体现流行趋势,和时代的潮流紧密相关的网络流行语也随之应运而生。网络流行语在一定程度上不但反映了当代青年人目前的生活状况和精神世界,更在一定程度上显现了当代年轻人的价值观,人生观和世界观。因而,网络流行语的翻译体现的就决不单单只是一个单纯的交际问题,更深层次而言,它是一种文化和国家问题,而对网络流行语的研究也有社会意义、学术意义、文化意义和现实意义。目的论有三大原则,即为目的原则,连贯原则以及忠实原则。其中,目的原则是最重要的原则,而其余的两个原则应从属于目的原则。理论上来说,翻译是为了实现顺畅的交际,所以为达到这个目的,译者需要根据特定的语言文化采取不同的翻译策略。本文以目的论为理论指导,研究网络流行语的英译情况,致力于探索出适宜的翻译方法,这将为日后中华文化在西方的传播和促进中西方的交流及友好相处提供帮助和方向。

Abstract
With the increasingly expanding and wider utilization of Internet, distinctive and closely related to fashion and the era,network buzzwords naturally emerge at the historic moment. Accurately, network buzzwords have mirrored the living conditions and the spiritual world of contemporary young individuals as well as the contemporary outlook and moral values on their lives to a certain extent. Therefore, not only is translation version of network buzzwords a simple and brief issue of communication, but also a momentous affair of culture and country. The study and researches on network buzzwords also is of concernment to society, academy, culture and reality today. Skopos theory comprises three rules, namely, skopos rule, coherence rule and fidelity rule. The rule of skopos is the most important and elementary one, so that the other two rules should be subordinate to the rule of skopos. The purpose of translation is an achievement of cohesive and understandable communication with other people in other countries, and various translation strategies are supposed to be adopted on account of specific language and culture. With the instruction of skopos theory, this paper will make a study of the English translation of network buzzwords and exploration to appropriate translation strategies, which will provide help and direction for the spread of Chinese culture in the west and the promotion of communication and a way to get along between China and west countries in the future.
