摘要

如今，跨文化交流日益深入，影视纪录片作为文化交流的极好媒介，让各国人们足不出户就能了解到世界灿烂的文化，而翻译的质量则直接决定了文化传播和交流的有效性。翻译学和语言学的发展使得越来越多的学者开始关注影视纪录片的字幕翻译，但针对影视纪录片字幕中文化负载词翻译的研究还相对较少。由于中国影视纪录片具有很强的民族性，台词中包含了大量的文化负载词，而这些词不可避免地会给西方观众造成理解障碍。因此，如何准确地翻译文化负载词,对于推动更多中国影视纪录片走向世界具有重要意义。本文在交际翻译理论 “重效果”、“轻形式”和“译者自由裁量”原则的指导下，通过一些典型案例，分析《国宝档案》通过何种翻译方法去实现文化负载词的准确翻译并最终达到文化传播与交流的目的，从而为相关研究者和从业者提供一些有价值的参考。
